Dandy & Bloom is a barber & beauty studio featuring your favorite stylist Jessica Benson, a dual licensed cosmetologist and barber with over 13 years of experience. On the side of the building you will see โConcordRents.comโ and on the front โMy Salon Suiteโ. This is the correct building. Enter the parking garage attached to the building named โUptown Maitland - Senior Livingโ . Follow the yellow signs directing you to โMy Salon Suiteโ. This will take you to the 2nd floor and loop around to the right. Park in any of the spaces with a yellow โMy Salon Suiteโ label on it. Come to the โMy Salon Suiteโ entrance , open the door and dial suite #106 (Dandy & Bloom) , then press the green bell button to call Dandy & Bloomโs suite. Cancellation Policy
Here at Dandy & Bloom we value & respect our clients business and time, we ask that you also respect ours. Please be aware that we are appointments ONLY , therefore we book in advance. Please arrive on time or 5+ minutes early. Thank you for your understanding.

If an appointment needs to be cancelledย or rescheduled,ย please do soย at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Otherwise, late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to aย cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services and 100% for no call/no shows.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a $25 late fee. We plan our day according to our scheduled appointments and if youโre late we will not have enough time for your allocated service before our next scheduled client.

We maintain a zero tolerance policy with no call/no-shows , last minute cancellations and routine lateness. New clients that donโt show up will be blocked from making future appointments. Existing clients will receive ONE warning before they are banned. The same can be said with last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or habitually late clients. We plan our day according to our scheduled appointments and if you no call/no-show, it stops other potential clients from booking during that time that need to get in.

If you require a service that is longer than the time you scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and or charge for the extra time needed. This is usually only in special circumstances .

We do not offer refunds. However, If your unhappy with your haircut, we have a 7-day redo window for haircuts and we will be more than happy to correct/reshape it for free.
We recommend in the future always being clear & specific about your haircut desires before each service, during the consultation. If during the cut you donโt like it, please donโt hesitate to speak up, during your service. We aim to make our clients happy and we canโt make that happen if you donโt tell us what you want.

All other services offered including chemical (color) , waxing, & treatments are final.
